The ticket is valid for 90 days after issuance, and is very convenient because you can purchase a 2-day ticket to a 5-day ticket according to your travel itinerary. Enjoy a romantic train ride on the high-speed rail that travels to Taiwan's most popular travel destinations, Kaohsiung and Taichung.

Taiwan's high-speed rail THSR offers a variety of section tickets. You can choose the ticket that suits you and purchase it.
1. THSR flexible 2-day pass:
You can use THSR freely for 2 days.
The validity period is within 28 days from the date of exchange, and the second exchange must occur within 7 days from the first day.
2. THSR 3-day pass:
You can use THSR freely for 3 days.
The validity period is within 28 days from the date of exchange and is counted as 3 consecutive days.
3. THSR +TR 5-day standard joint pass:
You can use TR for 5 consecutive days. You can ride unlimited high-speed rail (THSR) on 2 out of 5 days.
4. THSR + TR 5-day Express Joint Pass:
It's the same as the standard, but you can take the Irugu Express and Fuyouma Express seats.

Taiwan THSR tickets purchased from WAUG can be exchanged for a physical pass at major stations such as Taipei, Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung (Zuoying). If you follow the signs that say HSR at the station, you can easily find the ticket counter.
If you present your passport along with your WAUG voucher here, you can receive a high-speed rail pass for the period you purchased in advance. Now, if you have this, you can go anywhere in Taiwan.

If you show the high speed rail pass you received from THSR to the station staff, you can write down your destination and then pass through to board THSR. This is not a barcode or QR code system, so be sure to show your pass to the station staff on the far left or right!

What to Remember
- Check the detailed THSR timetable in advance.

- 5-Day Standard Joint Pass Instructions : Reservations cannot be made for the Zichang Lake, Taroko, Puyoma Express, tour trains, group trains, cruise trains, and other designated trains (TRA) that are not available for use.
