(hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’) establishes and discloses the personal information processing policy as follows in order to protect users’ personal information and to promptly and smoothly handle complaints related thereto. By clicking the ‘Agree’ button, the company considers that you have agreed to the following personal information processing policy, including the collection and use of personal information. In case you do not agree to all the terms in this Privacy Policy and/or the changes, you should discontinue using of the Platforms.

③ The Company may provide customers' personal information to affiliated companies, in addition to the provisions of Clause 2, to offer better services. If personal information is to be provided, the Company will individually notify customers in advance via written notice or email about the affiliated company, the items of personal information to be provided, the reasons for sharing such information, and how the information will be protected and managed, including the duration of protection. Consent will be sought through this procedure, and if the customer does not agree, the information will not be provided to the affiliate. The same procedure applies when there are changes or termination of the partnership.
④ The Company may also provide customers' personal information to third parties in the following circumstances.
- when requested by relevant authorities for investigative purposes under applicable laws.
- When providing anonymized information for statistical analysis, academic research, or market surveys to advertisers, partners, or research organizations in a form that cannot identify specific individuals.
- When requested according to legal procedures defined by applicable laws.
- When necessary for billing and payment purposes related to service provision.
- When customers violate WAUG Inc.’s Terms of Use or operational principles posted on the website.
-When it is deemed necessary to take legal action against a customer for causing mental or material harm to others through the use of WAUG Inc.'s services.
-When information is provided to consignment companies for campaigns, promotions, or events, including prize draws, with prior consent from the customer specifying the type, purpose, and duration of use of the information.
⑤ Even when information is provided to authorities or requested by investigative agencies, the Company strives to notify the individual concerned. However, there may be instances where notification is not possible due to legal obligations. The Company will make every effort to prevent indiscriminate disclosure of information contrary to the original purpose of collection and use.
⑥ The Company may provide users’ personal information for the development of new technologies or better services. In such cases, the Company will inform users in advance about the receiving organizations or entities, the type of information needed, the reasons for its use, and the duration and method of protection. Consent will be obtained beforehand, and no additional information will be collected or provided without user consent.
⑦ The Company may provide links to other companies’ websites or materials. However, the Company has no control over external sites or materials and does not take responsibility for or guarantee the usefulness of services or materials provided by such sites. If users move to another site via a link provided by the Company, the privacy policy of that site applies, and users are advised to review its policies.
3. Customer Rights and Methods of Exercise
① Customers have the following rights regarding personal information protection with the Company. If the customer is under the age of 14, their legal guardian may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of the child's personal information.

② If customers request the deletion of personal information, it will be handled in accordance with the retention and destruction policies outlined in Articles 3 and 5.
③ Members may terminate their use contract (request membership withdrawal or consent withdrawal) by notifying the Company of their intent to terminate at any time. The Company will process the termination request according to its membership withdrawal regulations.
- The use contract ends when the Company's receipt of the member's intention to terminate is confirmed. Withdrawal of consent for personal information is treated the same as membership withdrawal.
- Members who terminate their contract under this provision may rejoin as members following the membership procedures outlined in the terms and conditions.
- However, rejoining may be restricted for a certain period to protect the information of previously registered accounts.
- Any benefits, such as promotions applied during the initial membership registration, will not be re-applied upon rejoining after withdrawal.
- Policies or events available only to members will not apply after membership withdrawal.
- Upon termination of the use contract (membership withdrawal), members must use all remaining points and coupons before the termination. Remaining points and coupons will expire upon contract termination and will not be refunded.
4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

5. The Company destroys personal information using the following methods
- Electronic files: Permanently deleted using methods that prevent recovery.
- Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated.
6. Measures to Protect Personal Information
The Company implements the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
- Administrative measures :
Designation of a Personal Information Protection Officer, formation and operation of a privacy protection organization, and establishment and implementation of internal management plans, including training for personnel handling personal information."
- Technical measures:
Establishment and enforcement of standards for granting, modifying, and deleting access rights to systematically organized database systems.
Installation and operation of intrusion prevention and detection systems for personal information processing systems.
Storage and monitoring of access logs and processing details when personal information is handled through personal information processing systems.
Backup of access records in separate storage devices.
One-way encryption storage of passwords.
Building secure servers for transmitting and receiving users' personal and authentication information via information and communication networks.
Installation of antivirus software to continuously check and treat malicious programs like viruses or spyware in information devices used for handling personal information. Regular updates and inspections are conducted."
* The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from the leakage of personal information such as IDs or passwords due to user negligence or internet-related problems.
7. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Cookies and Automatic Information Collection Devices
① The Company uses cookies (small text files stored on users' devices) as necessary for website operation. Cookies are sent by the server operating the website to the user’s browser and are stored on the user's device (e.g., PC, smartphone, tablet). Cookies expire when the browser is closed or the user logs out.
② Users may refuse the installation of cookies. However, refusal may result in difficulties in using certain services that require login.
