How to deliver mobile tickets:

• Since the game sells out quickly, prices may fluctuate and the game may sell out. In this case, we will notify you via messenger, so please understand.
• If you reserve a match on your desired date, the Wag Customer Center will notify you of the reservation confirmation within 24 hours.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
• Due to time differences between countries, tickets may not be delivered if you make a reservation for a date close to your local arrival date or an imminent match date.

How to use mobile tickets:

• Please present your mobile ticket and passport at the ticket booth at least 2 hours before the game starts.
• You can enter the stadium through the gate indicated on your ticket.
