At the Kinutani Koji Tengu Art Museum, you can enjoy a powerful 3D experience using fresco (a classic mural technique) and mixed media (a mixed technique), as well as many paintings and sculptures! The world's first 3D experience is a large circular screen approximately 3m high and 14m wide, allowing you to enter the world of paintings accompanied by music.

3rd floor: Departure gate to the sky
You can go up to the Umeda Sky Building observation deck from the KUCHU TEIEN gate on the 3rd floor.

39th floor: Ticket office, gallery shop, restaurant & bar
You can enter the observatory by presenting your WAUG voucher at the ticket booth on the 39th floor and exchanging a ticket.
You can also find a gallery shop where you can buy various goods, Chinese restaurant Sanggu, and sky lounge Stardust.

40th floor: Gallery floating in the sky
You can see the gallery and Sky 40 Cafe, which become one with the beautiful scenery outside the window.
