1. Mario Kart: Koopa's Challenge

The world of the famous Mario Kart and various thrilling courses come to life right before you! 1. Get a Universal Express Pass! 
Skip the line to 4 or 7 attractions — the best way to maximize your stay in the park!  

2. Download the official Universal Studios Japan App in advance.
Get the app in English and other languages!

3. Arrive before 8:00 AM for Early Entry. 

4. To be safe, bring a printout of your WAUG voucher and Universal Studios Japan Admission Ticket.

5. Bringing in outside food is prohibited.
Bag inspection will be carried out, so please do not hide or bring your food.

6. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Expect to take at least 10,000 steps as you explore the park, so please wear comfortable shoes.  

How to Get to Universal Studios Japan:

Universal Studios Japan is far from central Osaka, so please plan your transportation ahead of time. 

The recommended route is at Umeda, get on to Osaka Line and JR Yumesaki Line to JR Universal City Station. Please note that the Osaka Amazing Pass cannot be used on the JR line.

• Please keep in mind that reservations are not possible for the time slots of 06:00 AM - 06:45 AM every morning and 05:00 AM - 06:00 AM every Wednesday due to regular system maintenance.
• This product is an instant confirmation ticket and can only be reserved until 21:00 PM, a day before the use date. 
• The valid period goes the same as the selected date and can only use during the same season of the ticket purchased. 
• 1-2 days before the selected date, please be sure to check the meeting hours by scanning the QR code at the bottom of the voucher.
• Please keep in mind the password of the QR code shows the meeting time, which is valid for 3 days from the first access use, so do not check it too soon. (Password cannot be re-issued).

• The entrance may vary by season. See details here. 
• Due to your negligence of being late for the opening hours of Universal Studios Japan, the difference in Early Park Entry is not refundable. 
• If you are late during the opening hours of Universal Studios Japan, please enter through the regular entrance instead of entering from STUDIO WEST. 
• This ticket is for foreign visitors only. (Japanese nationals may not purchase this ticket.)
• Although there is a phrase on the ticket to print out if needed, but it is not mandatory. This e-ticket can be used for entrance. 
• The tickets are limited to 250 copies daily on a first-come, first-served basis, which may be difficult to purchase due to early sell-outs. 
• On booking, you will receive a yellow and blue ticket. Please use the yellow ticket. (The blue ticket cannot be used). 
• Due to flight cancellation or COVID-19, the cancellation is possible. However, partial cancellation is impossible, so please purchase carefully. 

• Please check the dress code before visiting. Admission may be denied for visitors wearing inappropriate clothing.

1. Which date should I select when making my reservation?

Please select the date you plan to visit Universal Studios Japan™ as your reservation date. Please note the voucher indicate the QR Code password together. 

2. When can I enter with Early Park Entry Ticket? 

Please check Universal Studios Japan's opening hours in advance. You can check the meeting time by password below the QR code. The password is valid for three days and cannot be re-issued, so please check it 1-2 days before the selected use date. Besides, same-day confirmation is unavailable. 

3. Is it a 'must' to print the voucher?

No, it is not mandatory to print the voucher. You can use an e-ticket as your ticket. 

4. I selected the wrong date by mistake. Can I get a refund?

No, the product provides a voucher right away after booking. Please note that you cannot change or cancel the ticket after reservation. Please kindly understand, and purchase cautiously. 

5. There are two tickets, blue and yellow tickets. Which one should I use?

The blue ticket is unavailable; please only use the yellow one. 

6. What are the merit and pros of 15 minutes Early Park Entry ticket?

Universal Studios Japan may take 3-5 hours of waiting in line, so entering 15 minutes early will lead you to enter the attraction without waiting for the popular attractions.
