Sail the Bosphorus
along the European shore
After pickup from your hotel in central Istanbul, the cruise starts on the European shore. See Dolmabahçe Palace, the Maiden's Tower, Ortaköy Mosque and the Bosphorus Bridge connecting two continents from the water. An onboard guide or audio commentary shares stories about the palaces, waterfront mansions and old fortresses along the strait.
Enjoy 1 hour of free time on the Asian side
After about 1 hour of cruising, get off on the Asian side and explore freely for 1 hour. Depending on the stop (Üsküdar, Kuzguncuk or Çengelköy), you can drink traditional Turkish tea at a waterfront café, walk the streets or take photos with the strait as a backdrop.
Return along the opposite shore
Board the boat again and cruise back along the opposite shoreline, passing Beylerbeyi Palace, Rumeli Fortress and the Arnavutköy and Bebek neighborhoods. You can keep enjoying the city views, take photos and relax on the way back. After the tour you are dropped off where you were picked up.
