This safari in Saariselkä, Finnish Lapland, lets you drive a snowmobile yourself across snow-covered Arctic forests, gently rolling hills and the tundra. Longer than an introductory ride but shorter than a full expedition, the roughly 1.5 to 2-hour drive takes you through the fell landscapes and wilderness of northern Lapland. After a safety briefing and learning how to drive on a special track, you set off, and along the way you take a break by a campfire with light snacks and hot drinks. Hotel pickup and winter adventure gear are included.

Ride a snowmobile through
Saariselkä's Arctic forests and tundra
Your guide picks you up at the hotel in the Saariselkä area that you chose when booking. After getting your winter adventure gear and a safety briefing, you learn how to drive a snowmobile on a special track.
Cross the wilderness on a selected route
Follow a route along the tundra through Arctic forests and frozen wetlands that showcases the region's nature, driving for about 1.5 to 2 hours. On the winding trails between the trees, you can feel the quiet wilderness of northern Lapland.
Warm up by the campfire
Along the way, you stop at a scenic spot to enjoy light snacks and hot drinks by a campfire. Take a short rest, warm up and soak in the Arctic silence before continuing your ride.
※ In late November, if snow conditions are not suitable for snowmobiling, the tour runs by ATV instead.
※ Children shorter than 140 cm ride in a sled pulled by the guide.
