This ticket lets you experience the dance, music and costumes of the Tang Dynasty (618-906) in a colorful live show at the Tang Dynasty Palace theater in Xi'an. The show tells the story of Empress Wu Zetian with live music by a Tang-style orchestra, and English subtitles accompany every scene. Choose the package that suits you: show ticket only, with round-trip hotel transfer, with dumpling dinner, or with local dinner and transfer. Dinners suitable for Muslim and vegetarian guests can also be arranged.

Enjoy Tang Dynasty dance, costumes and the story of Empress Wu Zetian with live music from a Tang-style orchestra. English subtitles run throughout the show, so the story is easy to follow. Usually, dinner is from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM and the show from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Watch the show with a dumpling dinner

With the dumpling dinner option, enjoy more than 10 kinds of delicate dumplings, a Xi'an specialty, before the show. Vegetarian options are available, so let us know any dietary needs in advance. Beer is not included in this option but is available for an extra charge.

and private transfer

With the local dinner option, enjoy 3-8 classic Xi'an dishes at a traditional restaurant depending on your group size, such as crispy chicken, sweet-and-sour fish or shrimp, tofu dishes and fresh vegetables. Unlimited local drinks including beer, tea, soft drinks and Chinese baijiu are served throughout the meal. A suitable restaurant is arranged for Muslim or vegetarian guests.

After dinner, your private driver takes you to the theater, helps collect your tickets and brings you back to your hotel after the show. Total duration is about 2.5 hours.

With the transfer option, the driver picks you up from your hotel lobby, takes you to the theater, helps with ticket collection and brings you back after the show. Total duration is about 2 hours.

The show-ticket-only option is the most flexible: go to the theater on your own and give your name at reception to get your seat. Total duration is about 1 hour.
