This is an approximately 11-hour tour from your accommodation in Yogyakarta to Timang Beach and a hidden beach. Drive to Timang Beach by off-road jeep, enjoy snorkeling at a hidden beach and return to your accommodation. An English- and Indonesian-speaking guide accompanies the group of up to 10 participants.

Ride an off-road jeep to Timang Beach

Leave Yogyakarta by car for the southern coast, then switch to a jeep and drive over rugged rocky terrain. Timang Beach is known for its dramatic limestone cliffs and the strong waves of the Indian Ocean.

Cross to Timang Island by gondola or suspension bridge

At Timang Beach, you can optionally cross the waves to Timang Island by traditional wooden gondola or suspension bridge (paid separately on site). The gondola is optional, so those who stay on land can relax on the cliff and take photos of the Indian Ocean.

Snorkel at a quiet hidden beach

Next, drive to a hidden beach and snorkel for about 2 hours. You can see colorful tropical fish and coral in the clear water, and life jackets, water shoes, snorkels and underwater photos are provided.
