After landing, head outside the terminal to Domestic Exit 1 or International Exit 3, where a staff member in a blue shirt will be holding a sign with your name. The staff will call your driver, who is waiting outside, and you can set off straight to your hotel. Up to 1.5 hours of waiting time after landing is included, so a long baggage claim or immigration queue is less of a worry.

For departures, leave straight
from your hotel lobby

For departures, your driver meets you in the hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time and helps load your luggage. The pickup time is set according to your flight departure time and hotel location, so just wait in the lobby after check-out. There is no need to find a taxi or negotiate fares on the way to Phuket International Airport.

Relax in an air-conditioned vehicle

Ride comfortably in a private air-conditioned vehicle with bottled water on board. Your driver helps with your luggage, and basic travel insurance is included. Traveling with little ones? A baby seat can be provided on request, subject to availability.
