Program
Start in Sapa town and walk through
the Muong Hoa Valley and Hmong villages
After pickup from your hotel in Sapa town, a 20-minute drive takes you to the Muong Hoa Valley, where you spend about 3.5 hours walking, taking photos and visiting villages. A local English-speaking guide accompanies you, and you return to Sapa by vehicle at the end. The total duration is about 3 to 6.5 hours depending on the option.

Follow the rice terraces and mountain scenery of the Muong Hoa Valley toward the villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van. The places you visit vary slightly by option, and some options also pass through Y Linh Ho. Your guide adjusts the pace to the group and trail conditions, so most travelers can walk comfortably.
Discover everyday highland life in Hmong villages
