Explore the Terracotta Warriors Museum
in a small early-morning group

With a professional guide, you spend about 2 hours 30 minutes at the Terracotta Warriors Museum taking photos, sightseeing, and joining a guided tour. Group tours of 8 or 15 people with hotel transport cover Pits 1, 2, and 3 and the new exhibition hall. You enter without waiting in the ticket line, and after the visit you have about 25 minutes for a break or free time.

Join the tour by hotel pickup or at a meeting point

Depending on the option booked, you join by hotel lobby pickup (within the designated area), a meeting at the Bell Tower Hotel downtown, or a meeting in front of the Qin Shi Huang statue at the museum entrance. Group A (8 or 15 people) is picked up at the hotel lobby between 7:00 and 7:40 a.m. (morning) or at 3:00 p.m. (afternoon), and the ride to the museum takes about 1 hour. Morning groups return around 12:30–14:00 and afternoon groups around 20:00.

The 15-person Group B meets staff at the Bell Tower Hotel, and the exact pickup time is confirmed the day before. The early bird tour picks you up at 7:20 a.m. in a dedicated vehicle and returns you to your hotel by 12:30 p.m.

Getting to the museum entrance on your own

By Didi taxi it takes up to 1 hour 15 minutes and costs about $10–20 per car. By subway and bus it costs about $1.50 per person: take Line 1 or Line 6, transfer to Line 9 at Fangzhicheng Station, exit Huaqingchi Station at Exit C, and take bus 613 or 602 (1 stop, up to 18 minutes). Walk to the Qin Shi Huang statue in the parking lot, where your guide will be waiting.

Go at your own pace on a private tour

On a private tour, a dedicated driver and an English-speaking guide accompany you, so you can stay as long as you like and explore at your own pace. In peak season, group tour return times may be delayed, so a private tour is a good choice if you must keep to a schedule.
