Luxor Nile Sunset Felucca Boat Tour - Egyptian Tea Included

Get picked up at your hotel
and head to the felucca departure point

After pickup from your hotel in Luxor, travel about 20 minutes by car to the felucca departure point. An onboard host accompanies you from start to finish and guides the tour in English.

Sail the Nile on a traditional felucca

Sail the Nile for about 2 hours on a traditional wind-powered felucca. Relax on board with a warm cup of hibiscus tea. Along the riverbanks you can see horses and donkeys, various birds, children playing in the water and farmers working the fields.

Watch the sun set beyond the West Bank

As the day draws to a close, watch the sun set over the West Bank and the Valley of the Kings as the sky turns orange. Around sunset you return to the departure point, disembark and ride back to your hotel in Luxor.

※ As this is a sailing boat, if there is not enough wind a motorboat will tow the felucca to a suitable viewing spot.
※ If there is no wind or the weather is very bad, the felucca may be towed, replaced by a motorboat, or the schedule may be changed.
