Beijing Capital Airport PEK Private Hotel Transfer

Travel between Capital Airport and central Beijing
in a private vehicle

This is a one-way transfer: book either the arrival (airport to hotel) or the departure (hotel to airport). You ride in a private vehicle not shared with other passengers, directly to your destination without changes, and the driver helps with your luggage. The ride takes about 1 hour and may vary with Beijing traffic.

For arrivals, book with immigration time in mind

For international flights, choose a start time that allows you to clear customs and immigration; for domestic flights, enter your scheduled arrival time. Free waiting time of 60 minutes starts from the time you select.

The driver tracks your flight to confirm the terminal and, once you land, contacts you via the contact details entered at booking to arrange the meeting spot. When you are ready, the driver brings the vehicle to the meeting spot within 5 minutes.

For departures, choose your hotel pickup time

When traveling from your hotel to the airport, select the time you want to be picked up at the hotel as the start time. Depending on the option, 15 minutes of waiting time at the hotel is included. Please allow extra time for Beijing traffic.

A vehicle is assigned based on group size

1–3 passengers: sedan (up to 3 bags); 4: SUV (up to 4); 5: minivan (up to 5); 6–8: 8-seat minibus (up to 8); 9–14: 14-seat minibus (up to 14). Luggage is based on a standard 22-inch size.

※ Standard rates apply to central Beijing; pickups and drop-offs outside the city center incur an extra charge based on the exact address.
※ A vehicle upgrade fee applies if your luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity.
