The 7-course themed menu led by Panda Chef Cheng Baobao captures the character of China's eight great cuisines. From fresh, delicate Cantonese dishes to rich northern flavors, refined Jiangnan snacks and bold Sichuan tastes, you can enjoy signature regional dishes in one place.

Scenes from across China unfold with every dish

Over about 2 hours, the scenery around you keeps changing, revealing the roaring waterfalls of the Yellow River, the misty karst mountains of the Li River and the tranquil water towns of Jiangsu and Zhejiang. Each scene is paired with the food, so every bite feels like a journey across China, and you can also enjoy a live interactive performance.
