From Banff: Yoho National Park, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake & Johnston Canyon Hike Tour

The trip is good organized and our guide was very good. Only the weather was very bad and we skipped one activity: Lake Moraine that was ome of the best lakes. I did not like that. But trip well organized and van was comfortable and clean, with clean windows for pictures 👍 Mandeep guide and driver is very good one 👍

Tour molto bello, organizzazione ottima. Ci sono state peró due cose che non mi hanno convinto. Innanzi tutto la guida è arrivata al punto di ritiro con 20 minuti di ritardo, tempo che ci è poi stato sottratto dalla prima visita che abbiamo fatto. Inoltre, la guida, per quanto fosse molto gentile e disponibile, non è stata molto dettagliata nelle spiegazioni e nei racconti dei luoghi ma vi ha praticamente solo indicato il nome e qualche altra informazione. Nel complesso il tour è stato soddisfacente sopratutto proporzionato al prezzo ma non mi sento di dare 5 stelle per l’inconveniente del ritardo e per il fatto che la guida non ci abbia spiegato le cose come avrei desiderato.

It was a great experience overall! We loved the places we visited, and the tour was definitely worth the time. However, there were a few things that could have been better. The driver was late for pickup and stopped for gas before leaving the city, which delayed our departure. We also skipped the first stop without any explanation, and the order of the activities was changed without clarification. Fortunately, the revised itinerary still worked out.The driving itself was a bit concerning at times, as the driver got too close to other vehicles and braked rather abruptly, which made for a few scary moments.I also wish we had more time at each location. The tour felt more like a sampler of different places, so you get a taste of each one and can decide which you would like to revisit on your own.Despite these issues, we really enjoyed the destinations and the overall experience. With better organization, safer driving, and a little more time at each stop, this tour could be even better!
