Choose your direction when booking: an arrival transfer from Christchurch Airport to your city hotel, or a departure transfer from your city hotel to the airport. You travel directly in a private vehicle without other passengers, and a professional driver helps with your luggage.

A vehicle suited to your group and luggage

1–3 passengers travel by sedan, 4 by SUV, 5 by minivan, 6–8 by 8-seat minibus, and 9–10 by 10-seat minibus. Each vehicle carries as many standard pieces of luggage (22 inches) as passengers, and a vehicle upgrade fee may apply if you have more luggage. All vehicles are air-conditioned.

Meet your driver at the airport

After booking, you will receive an SMS with transfer instructions. The driver tracks your flight, checks the terminal, and waits near the exit. Once your flight lands, the driver contacts you by WhatsApp, phone, or text to agree on a meeting spot and drives the vehicle there within 5 minutes once you are ready. Up to 60 minutes of waiting from your selected time is free.

Head to the airport from your hotel with time to spare

For hotel pickups, the start time you select is the time you will be picked up at your hotel. The driver waits for 15 minutes at the hotel, so please allow plenty of time for Christchurch traffic.
