Cruise to Agincourt Reef
on a Quicksilver catamaran
Board an air-conditioned Quicksilver wavepiercer catamaran at Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina in Port Douglas and head to Agincourt Reef, a ribbon reef on the edge of the continental shelf. Morning and afternoon tea are served on board, and a marine biologist gives a reef presentation.
Snorkel from the activity platform
Spend about 3.5 hours at a spacious activity platform moored in a sheltered lagoon. Snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel and fins), buoyancy vests and instruction are provided, and you can snorkel the coral gardens under the supervision of qualified lifeguards. A tropical buffet lunch with a variety of dishes is served.
Without getting wet, you can also view fish and coral from the semi-submersible or the underwater observatory, and watch the fish feeding hosted by the crew.
Fly over the reef in a helicopter
The package includes a 10-minute scenic helicopter flight over the activity area. Take in panoramic views of the coral reefs and ocean of the Great Barrier Reef from above. At the end of the day, return to the marina by boat.
