From Perth: Swan River Cruise & Swan Valley Wine Tasting Tour with Lunch

The boat was excellent, however the bus was a mission getting in and out as the steps were quite high for anyone that has knee, hip, or back issues. We did many tours and all other coaches cater for this with easy boarding.

OK Not bad.

The boat trip was cut short due to the river being at high tide. The boat couldn’t go under the bridges so we were transferred to a coach. This could not be helped and was handled well. Overall a good day with plenty of wine tasting to be had. Every body was quite knowledgeable and informative. Would recommend.

The trip was good - we enjoyed it but it wasn’t the trip we paid for. Our cruise was cancelled due to low numbers , the only other day we could do the cruise was sold out but we were told by captain cook cruise’s representative on phone that there was another one ‘exactly the same, but with one extra stop’, for $10 more which they would comp. Awesome, book us in. Only it wasn’t an extra stop- it was the only stop. So instead of the three stops at places we wanted to go to, we got one where we didn’t. The team on board the boat were awesome and apologised for what had happened, upgraded us up a premium drink package etc and we still had a lovely day but not what we had planned or paid for, and we had to make the trip in our car the next day to see the other stops that we missed out on.
