The Tongass National Forest is home to abundant wildlife such as black bears, bald eagles, harbor seals and Sitka black-tailed deer. The animals most commonly seen on the tour are black bears, five species of salmon, bald eagles, humpback whales, orcas, Sitka black-tailed deer, seals and sea lions. Bringing binoculars or a camera helps you spot animals in the distance.
