Our tour guide, Juan, was excellent. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and accommodating. The ONLY reason I gave this a lower rating is because the company DOES NOT PROVIDE INDIVIDUAL HEARING EQUIPMENT FOR PARTICIPANTS 😡. We were on a bilingual trip and EVERY TIME, on the bus or off, the French people would talk over Jose when he was trying to speak in English. This rude behavior could have been minimized had we had head sets like SIX OTHER GROUPS WITH SAW THAT HAD BOOKED WITH THE COMPETITION. Also, the 2 headsets he had on the bus were faulty. He chose the best of the 2 but it had static problems, again making it difficult to hear. Off the bus our guide brought us in as close as possible but he had to compete with road noise, other your groups, and the general public. We did another tour, the tuk tuk the day before and we had the same problem, no headsets. GREAT TOURS AND FABULOUS GUIDES BUT, I would not book with Living Tours again unless they improved the audio.
