• You will receive a booking confirmation and message via KakaoTalk within 1 business day of booking.
• After confirming the message, please provide your booking number, pickup, and drop-off locations to finalize your reservation.
• A confirmation message will be sent the day before your tour after your booking is confirmed.
• Present your mobile voucher at the meeting point for use.
• Valid only on the specified date and time.

* Departure times may vary slightly on the day due to seasonal changes, weather, or traffic conditions.
* Please be ready at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

- For cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Full refund.
- For cancellations made 20-29 days before departure: 20% deduction from the tour price.
- For cancellations made 7-19 days before departure: 30% deduction from the tour price.
- For cancellations made 4-6 days before departure: 50% deduction from the tour price.
- For cancellations made within 3 days of departure (including the day of): No refund available.

• Cancellation and refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM / excluding weekends and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
