While massive venues like the Metropolitan Museum of Art are great, this place is a work of art in itself—a private house. The room with three Vermeer paintings is breathtaking. Considering Taipa, it's wonderful that it's not too crowded and you can appreciate the art in peace. Booking an e-ticket in advance and skipping the queue at the ticket office was definitely the right decision.

It's my favorite art museum in New York! Since it was converted into the home of steel magnate Henry Clay Frick, it feels just like being invited to an 18th-century aristocratic mansion. The biggest advantage is that there are no fences between the artworks, so you can view them up close. It looks so natural and beautiful to see works by masters like Vermeer, Rembrandt, and Goya hanging in a living room or study. I highly recommend visiting! 👍
