- Valid for 270 days from the date of purchase, and valid for 7 days from the date of first use

How to receive the ticket:
1. Please prepare your passport and mobile voucher.
2. Select the language from the top menu of the ticket vending machine. (English, Chinese, Korean support)
3. Select 'Receive reserved ticket'
4. Select 'Exchange with Japan Pass'
5. Scan the QR code of the mobile voucher in the correct location.
6. Select the pass start date. (You can select a date up to 1 month later)
7. Press to agree to the information on pass eligibility and personal information. (Total of 2 questions)
8. Scan your electronic passport in the correct location. (If it is not an electronic passport, scanning is not possible and you must receive it directly)
9. Check the product on the confirmation page and receive the rail pass.
