BESTThe day we left coincided with the Mongolian Lunar New Year, so we were worried that there would be a lot of traffic on the way from Ulaanbaatar to the Mini Gobi, and we would be spending a long time in the car. However, thanks to the guide's skillful driving, we quickly navigated the congested areas and arrived earlier than expected. Mongolian roads are poorly maintained and have many potholes, but I was amazed at how quickly they avoided them. The tour itself was a wonderful experience. It was an experience to walk on snow piled on a frozen lake. I was grateful to the guide who pushed me hard from behind because the sand sled in the snow-covered desert was difficult to go down because of the moisture. I also loved the 30-minute camel ride to enjoy the surrounding scenery!!
