- Refunds are available within 7 days from the purchase date.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refunds requested due to reasons such as connection failure, unavailability, or eSIM malfunction may be due to issues with the device being used, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi or similar.
- Refunds may not be processed for requests made after returning to your home country without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were initially registered on.
- Re-registration on another device after initial registration is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed as if received on the next business day (based on business hours).
