- Refunds are only available within 7 days of the purchase date.
(However, refunds for the following month may not be processed, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, eSIM defects, etc., may be due to issues with the device being used, lack of setup, or temporary communication issues, rather than product problems. Therefore, consultation must be conducted through the customer center (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and will only be processed upon approval.
- Refunds may not be possible for requests made after returning home without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were initially registered on.
- Re-registration on another device is not possible after the first registration.

• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellations and refund requests must be requested within business hours and cancellation confirmation must be received.
