- Refunds are available only within 7 days from the purchase date.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.)
- Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to reasons other than product issues, such as issues with the device being used, inexperience with settings, or temporary communication disruptions. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and after approval.
- Refunds may not be processed for requests made after returning to your home country without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were first registered on.
- Once registered, re-registration on another device is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed as if they were submitted on the next business day (based on business hours).
• You must receive cancellation confirmation after requesting cancellation and refund within business hours.
