- Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.)
- Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to connection failures, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to reasons other than product issues, such as the user's device, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions. Therefore, refunds will only be processed upon approval after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi or similar.
- Refunds may not be processed for requests made after returning home without prior confirmation.
- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were initially registered on.
- Once registered, it cannot be re-registered on another device.

• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). If a cancellation is requested outside of business hours, it will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
