- We cannot guarantee that you will see the Northern Lights during your tour. The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be controlled, and refunds are not possible for this reason.
- However, if you are unable to see the Northern Lights, you can join a later alternative tour for free. For this reason, we recommend that you visit Iceland with plenty of time to spare.
- This is a tour that may take place outdoors for a long time, so we recommend dressing warmly in layers.
- Children under 8 years of age are not permitted to participate.
- Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, your reservation may not be accepted or a refund may be issued.
Cancellation and Refund
• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations accepted outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
