Xi'an, known as the 'City of the West', is a city steeped in Chinese history and culture. As a former capital of China for centuries, it boasts numerous historical sites. Yang Guifei's Bathhouse

Five ancient bathhouses, once frequented by Xuanzong and Yang Guifei, remain at Huaqing Palace. The 'Haiding Tang', said to be Yang Guifei's personal bath, is a small, charming pool shaped like a flower. In contrast, Xuanzong's exclusive bath, the 'Lianhua Tang', is grand and imposing, offering an interesting comparison.

At the 'Chengzhen Tang' and 'Shangshi Tang', where the emperor and his consort are said to have bathed together, you can immerse yourself in the hot spring culture of the flourishing Tang Dynasty.

The Charms of Huaqing Palace

Upon entering Huaqing Palace, the expansive Furong Garden unfolds, renowned for its breathtaking scenery and perfect for memorable photographs. In the plaza with the five bathhouses, you'll find a statue of Yang Guifei emerging from her bath at the Haiding Tang, another popular photo spot for visitors.
