• Additional charges may apply locally if the number of people or products is different, so please purchase the correct package for the number of people when making a reservation.
• When using the pick-up service, please send your flight information to the contact information attached to the emergency contact list. Our staff will be waiting at Mactan Airport based on your flight information.
• In case of no-show or non-attendance due to delay or defect in aircraft, ship, etc., it is difficult to refund the reservation deposit.
• When you add a massage to the first/last day package, you will receive a 60-minute massage, and you can choose between aroma or dry massage.
• When using the package, you can use the capsule sleeping and shower booth as soon as you arrive at the hotel, regardless of check-in time.
• If you are not contacted or are late for more than 60 minutes after the announced pickup time, you will be considered a no-show and the reservation deposit will not be refunded.
• If you are using it on the last day, you must arrive 2 hours before your flight departure time.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Please be sure to adhere to the designated time. If you are late or a no-show, you will not be able to use the tour and no refund will be given.
• Please note that you are responsible for any safety accidents or loss of valuables caused by your own negligence.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.

• 100% refund is possible if cancellation is made one month prior to the reservation date.
• 50% refund is possible if cancellation is made within 8-30 days of the reservation date.
• No refund is possible for cancellations made within 7 days of the reservation date.
• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made during business hours and then confirmed.
