Los Angeles: Airport Luggage Delivery Service by LuggAgent

• You will receive a confirmation email from LuggAgent within 24 hours.
• You must present your passport or photo ID for identification purposes before collecting your baggage.
• Take pictures of your luggage.
• Available only on specified dates and times.

Hours of operation:

1. Airport counter → Hotel
Baggage collection hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (depending on selected time slot)
Delivery time: Before 9:00 PM

2. Hotel → Airport Counter
Baggage collection time: 11:00 AM
Delivery Time: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (depending on time zone selected)

3. Hotel → Hotel
Baggage collection time: 11:00 AM
Delivery time: Before 9:00 PM

• Each bag must not exceed 32 kg (71 lbs).
• The size of each piece of luggage must not exceed 32 inches, and the total length and width must not exceed 180 cm.
• If the size or weight of your luggage exceeds the suggested standards, the operator may reject your reservation and no refund will be provided.
• Baggage may include suitcases, boxes, backpacks, and briefcases.
• If your baggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be rejected and you will be responsible for any resulting losses or legal problems.
• Be sure to keep important items such as passports and airline tickets with you.
• Baggage insurance covers delay, loss and damage costs, but does not cover damage to handles or wheels, accommodation or airfare.
• Any additional bags not included in your original order will incur an additional charge to your credit card.
• In case of delivery delays, LuggAgent will deliver your luggage to your specified address via FedEx or DHL at no additional charge.
• Please refer to your confirmation email for airport pickup/delivery of your luggage.
• If circumstances require changes to your reservation, an expedited processing fee of US$25 will be charged.
• If additional baggage is collected, the customer will be billed directly to the online payment method by LuggAgent.

• Please specify a time for your baggage to be delivered at least 120 minutes before your flight departure.
• When checking out of your hotel, leave your luggage at the front desk and let the hotel know that LuggAgent will pick it up. Take pictures of your luggage and storage receipts before you leave.
• If the driver arrives at the hotel but cannot contact the customer through the front desk or social media or is unable to collect the luggage, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.

• Taking into account flight delays, border quarantine measures, customs clearance times, etc., we recommend that you schedule your baggage collection time at least 2 hours after your flight lands to avoid additional costs.
• A 30-minute grace period or free waiting policy is available. If the agent is unable to receive the baggage or contact the customer after 30 minutes, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
• For hotel luggage delivery, the hotel concierge can handle pickup and delivery.
• Once the baggage has been confirmed to have been received, the service is complete and the operator has no further liability.
• Please check your luggage upon collection, take photos and contact customer service if there are any issues.

• For hotel-to-hotel baggage service, customers do not have the option to select collection and delivery times.
• Baggage collection time at the hotel is available until 11:00 AM, and delivery to the next hotel is completed before 9:00 PM.
