Delivery Time: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM (depending on time zone selected)

• Each bag must not exceed 32 kg (71 lbs).
• Each piece of baggage must not exceed 32 inches in size, and the sum of length and width must not exceed 180 cm.
• If the size or weight of your luggage exceeds the stated standards, the operator may refuse your reservation and no refund will be provided in this case.
• Luggage may include suitcases, boxes, backpacks, and briefcases.
• If your baggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused and you will be responsible for any losses or legal issues resulting therefrom.
• Please make sure to keep important items such as your passport and airline ticket with you.
• Baggage insurance covers delays, loss and damage costs, but does not cover damage to handles or wheels, lodging or airfare.
• Any additional bags not included in the original order will incur an additional charge to your credit card.
• In case of delivery delay, LuggAgent will deliver your luggage to your designated address via FedEx or DHL at no additional cost.
• Please refer to your confirmation email for details regarding airport pickup/collection and baggage delivery.
• If a reservation change is possible due to circumstances, an expedited processing fee of US$25 will be charged.
• If additional baggage is collected, the customer will be charged directly by LuggAgent via online payment method.

Hotel - Airport

• Please schedule a time to receive your baggage at least 120 minutes before your flight departure.
• When you check out of the hotel, please leave your luggage at the front desk and inform the hotel that LuggAgent will pick it up. Before you leave, take a photo of your luggage and the storage receipt.
• If the driver arrives at the hotel but cannot contact the customer via the front desk or social media or cannot collect the luggage, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.

Airport - Hotel

• To avoid additional costs, due to flight delays, border screening measures, customs clearance times, etc., we recommend scheduling your baggage collection time at least 2 hours after your flight lands.
• A 30-minute grace period or free waiting policy is provided. If the agent cannot collect the baggage or contact the customer after 30 minutes, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order without refund.
• For hotel luggage delivery, the hotel concierge can handle collection and delivery.
• Once your baggage has been confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator has no further liability.
• Please check your baggage upon collection and if there is a problem, take photos and contact customer service.

Hotel - Hotel

• For hotel-to-hotel luggage service, guests cannot choose the pickup and delivery time.
• Luggage collection from the hotel is available until 11:00 AM, and delivery to the next hotel is completed before 9:00 PM.

A US$10 processing fee will be charged for order cancellations. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable.
