• After your reservation is confirmed, you will meet with the driver at the designated meeting time and location.

• A LINE account is required for smooth communication with the article. Please enter the correct ID when making a reservation.
• The vehicle type cannot be specified in advance and is assigned randomly.
• An additional charge of 5,000 yen will be applied for nighttime operation (22:00 - 8:00), to be paid on site.
• Please understand that the article can only be communicated in simple English.
• The number of passengers in the vehicle includes the driver, so please consider the exact number of passengers and luggage when making a reservation.
• Please make a reservation for a vehicle that can accommodate all your luggage. If the vehicle cannot be accommodated on site, additional charges may apply and you may be required to pay on site or may not be able to use the vehicle.
• Please note that Japanese law requires children under 6 years of age to use a child seat. (The car seat takes up 1-1.5 seats.)
• The driver's airport waiting time is free for 90 minutes from the flight arrival time, and 30 minutes if you specify a pick-up time.
• If the waiting time is exceeded, a fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged for 6-9 passengers and 10,000 yen per hour for 13-18 passengers.
• Vehicle usage time cannot be changed within 36 hours prior to departure.
• If the vehicle usage time changes due to a flight change within 36 hours, no refund will be given.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• Picket service is available only to passengers who have purchased an airport transfer product.
