Well.. I didn't know that all the joint tours would be foreigners. They took me to a strange clothing store and spent an hour there.. It seems like it would be several times cheaper to go and buy the basket boat wishing candles yourself and experience it.

This is really the worst ㅠ The guide kept asking me to let her know the time via KakaoTalk message a week in advance, so I could just go with the schedule, but why did she keep wanting to contact me~ The day before, she unilaterally changed it by 30-40 minutes, and on the day of, she picked us up with other elderly Canadian women and had us sit together in the pickup vehicle for the entire schedule, which was so uncomfortable (excluding 1 hour of free time). Also, I thought it was a 5-course dinner, but she sat us at the same table as the Canadian team, so I asked for different tables for our teams and ended up sitting at different tables, but it was so annoying. Is this the normal product? It didn't say anything about joining with other teams or anything like that in the product description ㅠ And the local guide only spoke English, and his communication skills were worse than those of merchants at Vietnamese stores ㅠ The meal was significantly lower than the price, with 4 servings of bibim noodles per person, 1.5 slices of watermelon per person, 2 slices of banh xeo, and 2 spring rolls per person on a plate, but that was it. Although it is a local dinner, our family of four ate dinner that was worse than the breakfast at the accommodation. The product description is insufficient, the price is excessive and the product content is significantly poor. It seems that the price is about 2.5 times higher than the product. The Canadian team said that they thought it was a 5-course meal and were angry and said that they would sue the company. If it is the price for 4 people, 80,000 won would be enough for a free tour. In the past, I purchased Japanese subway tickets and amusement tickets & tower passes through Wag and used the Da Nang Sun World product without any problems. However, the Hoi An product is really the worst. It needs improvement and I think that a certain portion should be refunded.
