• Refund with 10% deduction from the total product price if notified 20 days prior to departure (29-20 days).
• Refund with 15% deduction from the total product price if notified 6 days prior to departure (19-6 days).
• Refund with 20% deduction from the total product price if notified 1 day prior to departure (1-5 days).
• Refund with 50% deduction from the total product price if notified on the day of the tour ~ before tour start.
• Cancellation/refund requests are only accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Requests made outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• You must receive cancellation confirmation after requesting within business hours for cancellations/refunds.
