What if I need to recharge?

You can also recharge and check your balance at convenience stores frequently found in Osaka, such as Family Mart, 7-Eleven, and Lawson.
Icoca card return/refund tip!
If you would like to return your Icoca card after your trip, please visit the ‘Kansai Airport JR Ticket Counter’. You can receive a refund of the 500 yen deposit.
✔️However, if the balance on your card is more than 220 yen, it will be refunded minus a fee of 220 yen, so if possible, we recommend using up the remaining balance as much as possible before getting a refund!
✔️The Icoca card has a long validity period of 10 years, so if you plan to visit Japan again, I recommend not getting a refund!

What to Remember
