I had a totally fun surfing experience! The instructors were incredibly friendly and cheerful. We learned basic techniques on land and then headed straight out to the Waikiki ocean. The waves were surprisingly calm, perfect for beginners. The instructor pushed my board and even timed it for me, so I was up on the first wave! If you&#39;re looking for Hawaiian surfing, I highly recommend it!

Cancellation and Refund

100% refund if requested 7 days before the tour
50% refund if requested 4 days before the tour (50% cancellation fee applies)
No refund for requests 3 days before the tour ~ no-show on the day of the tour
Please note that cancellation requests are based on Hawaii time, and cancellation (change) work is not processed on weekends and holidays outside of business hours.
If the tour is canceled due to weather or local circumstances as determined by the company, you may be able to change the schedule or receive a refund of the tour fee (partial or full).

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (based on business hours).
