It was a different feeling to leave at dawn and climb the mountain while it was still dark. The final section of stairs was a bit challenging, but once I reached the top, the view of the sun rising over the Pacific Ocean was truly spectacular. It was a rewarding experience, worth the effort, so I highly recommend it!

Here's what happened to me. I booked a sunrise tour on the Wag app while planning my honeymoon to Hawaii. In addition to the sunrise, I also booked Kualoa, sea turtles, and hotel airport pickup through Wag. For all the other products, I received notifications via KakaoTalk a few days in advance (I also wrote down the KakaoTalk messenger for the sunrise tour because the app asked me to do so). However, on the morning of the day, I went to the meeting address that was emailed to me in advance using Google Maps, but I arrived 20 minutes early and waited, but there was no contact, and the car didn't come. The voucher I received by email said that I could enter if I showed the voucher, so I took that and went to Diamond Head on my own. However, when I showed it at the entrance, they said I couldn't enter because there was no QR code. It was still early in the morning, so I couldn't go back, and neither the voucher nor the Wag customer service center were working, so I couldn't respond. After waiting for about 3 hours, I got a reply from the customer center. I only purchased SIM data (it was written to include KakaoTalk when making the reservation), and they told me that it was my fault for not being able to contact them because I didn't have roaming turned on, so I was a no-show (they said they sent a text message). In the end, I paid about 40,000 won for a taxi and went back to the hotel.👍 After that, they told me to report it to the consumer protection agency or not, and they didn't respond to my calls after that and ignored everything. I'm not grateful at all for making one day of my one and only honeymoon into a trash memory.👍
