• People who drink alcohol, are pregnant, or have heart disease cannot participate in this activity.

• The desired participation time includes transportation. We pick you up in order, so times may vary slightly depending on the hotel.

• Please note that you are responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or injury within the facility.
• For your safety, please wear a life jacket on the beach.
• We are currently operating at reduced capacity. It takes place at APRA Beach and has different facilities from Main Beach.
• Bringing in food and alcohol is prohibited, except for light meals such as non-alcoholic beverages and confectionery.
• Sign the application and confirmation before each course.
• All equipment needed for the course is lent free of charge, and actual costs will be charged in case of damage or loss due to customer negligence.
• Playing in the sea is very sensitive to weather conditions. Please understand that the event may be canceled if weather and sea conditions are deemed unsuitable.
• Refunds are not possible even if morning or afternoon water sports are canceled due to unusual weather or timing, even on the same day.
• Shuttle service to major hotels operates frequently after the activity experience ends.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
• The schedule may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher. Depending on local circumstances, reservations may not be possible and refunds may be issued.

Precautions when participating in activities with minors

• Minors (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older. In this case, if you are 18 years of age or older, please apply for the same activity at the adult price.
• Children of the following ages must be accompanied by a guardian when using jet skis, banana boats, or parasailing:
• - Jet skis: Children aged 6-15 cannot drive. Be sure to board with a guardian. Additionally, 16-17 year olds can drive a jet ski but must be 18 years or older. Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a guardian, and those aged 18 and over may ride alone.
• - Banana Boat: If you are between the ages of 6 and 17, please ride with someone over the age of 18.
• - Parasailing: Children aged 6-17 (height 1m or more) must ride with someone aged 18 or older.
• - Screamer: If you are between 6 and 17 years old, please ride with someone over 18 years old.
• - Kids Boat: Children aged 2 to 5 must ride with someone aged 18 or older.
• - Wakeboarding: Available for ages 12 and older. However, please participate under the supervision of a guardian over the age of 18. In this case, if you are 18 years of age or older, please apply for the accompanying fee.

What you need

• It's a good idea to bring a coat to avoid getting cold on the way home.
• Please bring sunscreen if necessary.
• Towels cannot be rented, so please bring your own.
• As the number of lockers is limited, please do not bring your valuables on site and take care of them yourself.

After 17:00 the day before: 100% of the usage fee

• Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged if the number of participants decreases or if no participants are present due to a change in date/time.
• Cancellation/refund requests must be received during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be requested during business hours and then confirmed.
