• Match date schedule and kick-off time are subject to change. If the date or kickoff time changes after the match date is confirmed, WAUG Customer Center will contact you.
• Your reservation will not change even if the match date changes due to the league schedule. The exact date and time will then be written on the ticket and sent to you. According to the club's regulations, if you wish to cancel due to a change in the match date, no refund will be provided, so please purchase carefully.
• However, if a Friday-Sunday game is changed to Tuesday-Thursday or a Tuesday-Thursday game is changed to Friday-Monday, a refund is possible.
• You will not be permitted to enter if you are wearing the away team's uniform or merchandise.
• The reservation status on My Page is confirmed and the e-ticket will be sent 1 to 3 days before the game start date.
• We recommend that you print your e-ticket and bring it with you, just in case.
• Opening times for each seating category are listed in the ticket description and E-Ticket.
• If a weekend match date is changed from Saturday to Sunday or vice versa, no refunds will be issued.
• You can bring in a small bag up to A4 size. Bags will be checked upon entering the stadium, so please check the permitted contents of your E-Ticket.
• Please enter at least 3 hours before the game starts.

• This rate is per person.
• When purchasing for 2 or more people, seats will be assigned as close together as possible, but this may not be possible depending on on-site conditions.
• Fees may change at any time depending on ticket demand, date of purchase, exchange rate, etc.

• Confirmed seat confirmation can only be confirmed upon ticket receipt.
