The Ritual 7 Steps

The 7-Step Ritual is a unique 7-step spa experience inspired by traditional Icelandic bathing culture. You can purify your body and mind and regain vitality by going through various stages such as warm lagoon, sauna, cold bath, scrub, and steam.

1. Lagoon ( 38-40°C ) : Relax in the lagoon and breathe in the refreshing sea air to soothe your mind.
2. Cold Plunge ( 10-12°C ): Inspired by Iceland's oldest swimming pool, awaken your senses in cold water and use cold therapy to stimulate your immune system and reduce inflammation.
3. Sauna ( 80-90°C ): Enjoy beautiful views from Iceland’s largest sauna.
4. Cold Mist (~5°C): Maintain heat balance by walking slowly through the cold mist.
5. Sky body scrub: Use the signature sky body scrub.
6. Steam (46°): Steam reopens pores, allowing skin to maximize hydration.
7. Shower (~40°): This is the final stage of the ritual.
