Cancellations made by 5:00 PM (KST) 1 day prior to the experience: 30% refund possible
No refunds thereafter.
If departure is impossible due to bad weather, a 100% refund will be issued.
Late arrivals after the reservation time are not eligible for changes or refunds (same for no-shows).
Changes are possible only once, up to 5:00 PM (KST) 3 days before the usage date, if applicable. (If changes are not possible, cancellation or refund is not possible.)
