Regardless of the rating of the Serralves Museum, I'm only evaluating my ticket purchase experience through WAUG. The voucher and QR code issued by WAUG after purchasing my ticket were not valid at the Serralves Museum, and the staff member denied ever seeing the WAUG platform or the voucher format. Ultimately, I completed my visit after confirming my reservation with my ID (passport) and the name of the person making the reservation. This could cause confusion and misunderstanding for other customers who purchased tickets through WAUG, so we need to take action.
