This exhibition celebrates the 120th anniversary of the birth of Lee Ungno, a master of modern Korean art, and sheds light on his artistic world. From his early literati paintings to oriental abstract paintings, letter abstractions, and group portraits, you will be able to experience his unique works in a new way through light, music, and digital technology.

After viewing the exhibition, you can also enjoy the panoramic view of the Han River from the Light Lounge and the works of new artists displayed every month in the internal gallery space.

The Light Theater’s exhibition combines light, music, and cutting-edge digital technology to create a multi-sensory experience of the artwork, presenting a unique immersive art form. In a space where external light and noise are blocked, visitors will experience becoming one with the artwork, surrounded by over 100 projectors and dozens of speakers.

After seeing the exhibition, you can enjoy an Americano, signature drink, or cake at the Light Lounge. The food is delicious and you can see the wide open view of the Han River, so I highly recommend visiting. It’s also a great place to take photos to upload to Instagram.

Worried about parking? Here’s a tip!

For those who are worried about parking, I recommend the parking lot. Many people who go to see the actual Light Theater exhibition worry about parking. I recommend parking on the 3rd basement floor of the Walkerhill Hotel Seoul Parking Tower. If you park here, it is directly connected to the hotel, so you can visit conveniently.

30 minutes free / 1,000 won per 10 minutes thereafter (discount available for 3 hours - 6,000 won when registering for a discount at the Light Lounge or Light Theater)
