BESTI had a great time at Nara Park. You can also exchange at the place where you purchase Kintetsu rail tickets. (It's a bit far from Namba Station, but it's underground at the intersection toward Dotonbori on the main road from Namba Station.) I've attached the photos in the order of the route.
