- Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase.
(However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on your device.)
- Due to the nature of products used overseas, refund requests due to connection failures, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the device in use, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed after consultation with customer service (phone, email, etc.) using local Wi-Fi, etc., and upon approval.
- Refunds may not be processed for requests made after returning home without prior confirmation.

- eSIM products can only be registered and used on the device they were first registered on.
