However, refunds for the following month may be difficult to process, and refunds are not possible if the product has been used or already registered on the device.
Due to the nature of products used locally overseas, refund requests due to reasons such as activation failure, unavailability, or eSIM defects may be due to issues with the device being used, unfamiliarity with settings, or temporary communication disruptions, rather than product issues. Therefore, refunds will only be processed for approved cases after consultation through customer service (phone, email, KakaoTalk) using local Wi-Fi etc.
Refunds requested after returning home without prior confirmation may not be processed.
