1. Clear Rice Wine Making Experience:
You can have the most important experience of making clear rice wine by cooling freshly cooked rice, mixing it with yeast, and kneading it.
2. Soju Distilling Experience:
You can learn the traditional soju production process by distilling pre-made clear rice wine using a soju distilling tool (a pot-shaped soju distiller).
If you add snacks to the liquor you make yourself, you can enjoy the deep taste of Korean traditional liquor even more.
