I was glad to have this class in Madrid. I learnt a lot from the teacher, the skills and the history of every tapas! You can feel the passion from the teacher for everything! The sangria so good as well, you can meet people around the world!

The class is beyond words. Gustavo is an amazing guide who prepared us very well for what we were about to embark on. The entire night was well-organized with each participant tackling a different portion of the menu. At the end, we feasted like old friends to stories of the different foods’ histories told by Gustavo. Bellies were filled and leftovers were had.
